The Coach Approach to Leading and Managing (CALM) is an online leadership development program consisting of two parts and running over a period of six months, covering all live classes from beginning to end.
 
Standard part is a standalone program designed for both first-and mid-level managers, as well as individual contributors looking to enhance their communication, influencing and coaching skills.
 
Extended part of the program can be taken as an extension of the Standard part or on its own and is ideal for managers who want to avoid falling into a trap of underusing or overusing coaching, and seek mastery of the “just right” amount of coaching at work.
